How it works

Opt in once. We handle the tracking.

  1. Opt in

    Opt in online, on the studio tablet, or with staff. Provide your name and phone number or email so we can track your points.

  2. Complete your visit

    Your Rewards enrollment activates after the first qualifying service is completed and paid in full.

  3. Earn and redeem

    Earn 1 point per paid basic massage hour. At 12 points, call us or walk in to arrange one complimentary 60-minute standard Full Body Massage.

Marketing consent is separate from Rewards enrollment.

Qualifying visits
Points are added after a qualifying basic massage is completed and fully paid: 30 minutes = 0.5 point, 45 = 0.75, 60 = 1, 90 = 1.5, and 120 = 2. Add-ons and facial-only services do not earn points. Couples earn points separately; Four Hands counts elapsed massage time once.
What does not earn
Canceled, refunded, no-show, unfinished, enhancement-only, unpaid, and complimentary services do not earn points.
Points expiration
Points expire after 12 months without a completed qualifying paid massage.
Balance updates
The studio keeps the balance. We tell you your updated points after qualifying visits and remind you when a reward is available.
Redeeming
Arrange the complimentary visit by phone or walk-in, subject to availability. 12 points are deducted only after the reward visit is completed.
Program limits
Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Tailoring

Your session preferences are not locked behind Rewards.

Every client completes a brief in-store intake for pressure, focus areas, and areas to avoid. Saving long-term preferences is optional and consent-based, whether or not you join Rewards.
