How it works

Opt in once. We handle the tracking.

  1. Opt in

    Choose ZenSpark Rewards while booking online, or on the final intake step at the studio.

  2. Complete your visit

    Your Rewards enrollment activates after the first qualifying service is completed and paid in full.

  3. Earn and redeem

    Each qualifying visit earns one credit. Ten credits earn one complimentary 30-minute Focused Massage.

Qualifying visits
Completed, fully paid massage services earn one credit.
What does not earn
Canceled, refunded, no-show, deposit-only, enhancement-only, unpaid, and complimentary reward appointments do not earn credit.
Credit expiration
Credits expire after 12 months without a completed qualifying paid service.
Birthday benefit
Use 20% off one service during your birthday month. It cannot be combined with another promotion or complimentary reward.
Program limits
Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Tailoring

Your session preferences are not locked behind Rewards.

Every client completes a brief in-store intake for pressure, focus areas, and areas to avoid. Saving long-term preferences is optional and consent-based, whether or not you join Rewards.
