These terms explain how our website, appointment policies and studio programs work. Please review the information shown during booking and contact ZenSpark Relaxation Massage if you have a question before paying.

Booking and payment

Online appointments are booked through Square and require full payment of the selected service and extras. A tip is optional and is shown separately. Extras added later may require an additional payment at the studio.

An appointment is confirmed when the booking process succeeds and you receive confirmation. If payment or confirmation is unclear, contact us before attempting another payment.

Appointment times use Eastern Time. Our listed appointment-start hours are Monday through Sunday, 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM. The last appointment may start at 8:00 PM; its service can end later. Actual availability is shown during booking. Please plan to arrive about 10 minutes early for your service requirements form.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

Contact the studio to cancel or change an appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

For current full-payment online bookings:

• At least 24 hours before the appointment starts: cancellation refunds the amount paid for the service and booked extras.
• Less than 24 hours before the appointment starts: contact us to reschedule or cancel. Cancellation refunds 50% of the service and booked-extra amount.
• If you do not attend: the service and booked-extra amount is not refunded.
• If the studio cancels: you may choose a refund or rescheduling.

When no service is provided, any prepaid tip is refunded in full, including for a no-show. Refund processing and the time a refund appears depend on Square and your payment provider.

Older appointments booked under a different payment policy retain the policy recorded for that booking. These terms do not retroactively replace its payment or refund record.

Your service

Massage and related services support relaxation and comfort. They do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or advice from a healthcare professional.

Tell us about service-relevant preferences or concerns, including pressure, focus areas and areas you want us to avoid. You may ask to adjust or stop the service. Completing the service requirements form does not prevent you from changing your preferences during the visit.

ZenSpark Rewards

ZenSpark Rewards is a free, studio-tracked program, with no monthly fee or automatic subscription charge. The online booking contact step explains that your contact details also enroll you in Rewards. For questions about enrollment or your record, contact the studio.

Every 60 qualifying, completed and fully paid basic massage minutes earns 1 point; shorter qualifying services accumulate proportionately. Add-ons, pure facial services, complimentary reward services, unpaid services, cancellations, refunds and no-shows do not earn points.

At 12 available points, one complimentary standard 60-minute Full Body Massage is available. Arrange reward appointments by phone or at the studio, subject to availability. Twelve points are deducted after the reward service is completed. Canceled reward appointments do not consume points.

Points expire after 12 consecutive months without a qualifying completed and fully paid massage. They cannot be transferred and have no cash value.

From October 1 through December 31, 2026, inclusive in Eastern Time, eligible new customers receive 2 opening-promotion bonus points once with their first qualifying completed and fully paid massage. The bonus is subject to the customer's actual qualifying history; registering again does not create another bonus entitlement.

Physical service gift cards

Physical service gift cards are purchased at the studio at the regular price of one selected service. The studio writes the service on the card and signs it. Present the card to receive that service; the card is collected after use. We do not sell digital or online gift cards through this website.

Please contact the studio before purchase if you have questions about a card or its use.

Website and personal information

Provide accurate information and use the website for legitimate studio appointments and inquiries. Do not attempt to access another person's records, interfere with website security or submit fraudulent payments.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including optional promotional messages. Booking or joining Rewards is not consent to promotional texts. The Accessibility Statement explains how to request help using the website.
